Participation The STORYBRUSH Photo Contest is open to everyone. There are two ways to participate: by submitting an image and by voting for your favorite images. Participants are limited to 3 image submissions. Voting is open to anyone and everyone, and you don't need to submit images to vote. Images submitted that are in compliance with the Contest rules will be available on STORYBRUSH for viewing and voting. STORYBRUSH is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your images.

Awards The contest winners receive a STORYBRUSH painting of the winning photo - a $200 value!!! The winning images will also be featured on the STORYBRUSH homepage. 4 runners-up receive $50 STORYBRUSH gift certificates.

Photo Submission Criteria All photos must be in compliance with our Terms of use. STORYBRUSH reserves the right to remove photos that are not in compliance with the Terms of use or the Contest rules.

Voting Process Two ways to win! By Popular Vote & Editor's Choice! The contest will be open for voting on the STORYBRUSH Contest page from March 5th through April 15th. Participants may vote for as many images as they wish but only once per image. Voting is open to everyone, so family, friends and coworkers are allowed to vote, too. Upon conclusion of the voting period the 2 winners (Popular Vote Winner and Editor's Choice Winner) and 4 runners-up will be announced by the STORYRBUSH team. If we do not receive a sufficient number of entries in compliance with the Contest Rules, we may, at our discretion, select fewer runners-up. In the case of a tie in the Popular Vote, the STORYBRUSH team reserves the right to select the winner.

Image Ownership All digital images must be original work. Participants retain ownership rights to their images. Submitted images cannot violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of any person or entity. This shall include, but not be limited to, all third party copyrighted materials. By submitting your image you grant STORYBRUSH a royalty-free, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the image on STORYBRUSH.com and in any marketing or advertising of any kind related thereto. STORYBRUSH will not pay you any compensation for your image or any use we may make of it. STORYBRUSH is not obligated to use your image and we may not notify you if we do not use it. By submitting your image you agree and represent to STORYBRUSH that you are the sole copyright owner of the image.
